Yeah! I cried over politics for the 1st time in my life last night -- they were tears of joy! It's a momentous time for all persons of color. Si se pueda! (Yes we can!)

Unfortunately that great victory is marred by the passage of Proposition 8 here in California. I just don't understand that mentality...what a big setback in California civil rights.

But one hopes that the new administration will make strides toward correcting such inequities!!!
