Work from the June 2015 White Line Workshop

I just taught a two-day white line woodcut workshop at Zea Mays Printmaking (Florence MA) and here's some of the student work. We had a wonderful time and I think the work is spectacular. Thanks, everyone!

Wow, what incredible work! I love the emphasis on everyday scenes like landscapes, interiors, food, things. All really wonderful colors and compositions.

I agree Annie. These are lovely.
Must have been a fun class and I'm sorry I wasn't there too to watch as my first white-line attempt was also last week but a little less ambitious visually.....I love the variegated colors that the students used within the various areas of color....the pseudo-bokashi combined with the broad flat colors makes for interesting contrasts in the print.
